Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Meridian Residency (Boost Lab Consultorias Digitales LTDA) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our website and services.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your residency goals or circumstances. We also collect information through our eligibility review and contact forms, together with the page you were on when you submitted them and the campaign or referring site that brought you to us, so that we can understand which content is useful. If you call or text our U.S. line, we receive your phone number and the messages you send, and our customer relationship management system stores them so a specialist can reply.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to evaluate your eligibility for Costa Rican residency, coordinate with licensed attorneys on your behalf, communicate with you about your application, and provide ongoing support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Information sharing

We share your information only with the licensed Costa Rican attorneys handling your residency application, government agencies as required for filing, and service providers who assist us in delivering our services, such as our customer relationship management system, document translation and secure communication platforms. All third parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use our website, improve user experience, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We also use analytics tools that may collect anonymized usage data.

5. Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including providing our services, complying with legal obligations, and resolving disputes. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize your data.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@meridianresidency.com.

8. Children’s privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in Costa Rica and other countries where our service providers operate. By using our services, you consent to such transfers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international data transfer.

10. Changes to this policy
