Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Meridian Residency website and our concierge services. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.

1. Who We Are

The legal name of the Company is Boost Lab Consultorias Digitales LTDA, doing business as Meridian Residency. We are a residency and relocation advisory firm. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. All legal services related to your Costa Rican residency application are provided by independent, licensed Costa Rican attorneys with whom we coordinate on your behalf.

2. Our Services

We provide concierge-style coordination and advisory services to help North American expats navigate the Costa Rican residency process. Our services include eligibility assessments, document preparation guidance, application coordination, and ongoing support throughout the residency process.

3. Fees and Payment

Our program fee is a flat rate per application, quoted clearly before you commit. Bulk pricing is available for multiple applications. Government fees, apostilles, translations, and other third-party costs are quoted separately and are your responsibility. All fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement.

4. Guarantee

If our initial assessment determines that you do not qualify for Costa Rican residency, you pay nothing for our program fee. If an application we prepare is rejected due to our error, we will correct and resubmit at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover rejections due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you, changes in government policy, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. No Legal Advice

Nothing on this website or communicated by our team constitutes legal advice. All legal questions, interpretations of Costa Rican immigration law, and formal legal representation are handled exclusively by the licensed attorneys we engage on your behalf.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate submissions are your responsibility. You must notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your eligibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Residency's total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for our services. We are not liable for delays, rejections, or adverse outcomes caused by government processing times, policy changes, or inaccurate information provided by you.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Costa Rica. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of San José, Costa Rica.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
