No. We manage your residency so that you may begin from home and avoid unnecessary travel. Should any step require your presence, we arrange it in advance and with ample notice.
Your residency is handled by licensed Costa Rican attorneys, with Meridian managing the entire engagement on your behalf and keeping you informed throughout.
It depends on your path and current government processing, commonly nine to fifteen months. Your assessment provides a realistic estimate for your circumstances.
A single, flat program fee of $3,000, paid on a simple plan — 70% to begin and 30% only when your residency is approved. Government and third-party costs (apostilles, translations, official fees) are quoted separately and clearly.
That is precisely what your assessment is for. Your free assessment confirms the right path before you commit, and our approved-or-you-don't-pay guarantee means the 30% balance is only owed once your residency is granted. If you are not approved, you owe nothing further.
